I’ve been obsessed with Golden Goose Deluxe Brand for a while. They were launched back in 2000 after bringing together the talents of Francesca Rinaldo and Alessandro Gallo in Italy. As time went on, they have evolved into a major designer brand with flagship stores all over the world, and it’s one that many fashion lovers are drawn to.
I’ve followed Golden Goose for ages and I would often look through what FarFetch had, as they always had an curated selection, but I never ended up getting any because I always found them a bit pricey and looked too similar to Converse, so they were always shoes that were just in the back of my mind. Having seen his in person and realizing the uniqueness of each pair because they’re crafted by hand in Italy, I was more intrigued. Some have stronger distressing than others, so there’s a whole spectrum.
